Music composition for Westbeat - Dance-through’. I was commissioned to write a piece of music that reflects the architecture of the building that consists out of 83 arches and is a connection between the old and new parts of Amsterdam West. I chose to combine circular harmonies with melodies that move in arches (up and down) and combined classical instruments with electronic instruments.

Dancethrough: merging architecture and dance to launch a building in times of social distance.
This film represents being separate and reflects on how fantasy can be the start of future real connections. Two dancers take you on their journey to find out what ‘contact’ means in times of social distance using imagination. The dancers invite you to explore the building and bring Westbeat alive.
